Puppy Application
This application is to assure that our puppies are going to the best homes and have the best quality of life. We desire that our wonderful puppies go to wonderful homes. We will respond within 24-48 hours. If you are waiting for future litters, please fill out the application so we can keep you updated!
If a puppy becomes available that meets your wants, we will contact you directly by phone to ask some follow-up questions and answer any questions you may have!

Once your application is approved, you can secure your spot on our waitlist with a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will be credited towards your puppy's final price. If we do not have enough puppies in a litter, you may choose to receive a refund or transfer your deposit to a future litter.
Deposits can be made via Venmo, Cash, or Check. Note that Venmo payments incur a $6 fee, so please include this amount with your deposit.
Puppy selections will occur at 5 weeks of age, and we will contact families in the order deposits are received.
If you can’t pick up your puppy on the scheduled "go home" date, we offer a hold option for an additional fee of $5 per day.
